For players aged 21 and above only. Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online betting and casino games are a popular form of entertainment. However, like any entertainment, it is important to keep it within limits. 899bd always wants its players to play in a safe environment and have the opportunity to set their own boundaries.
Our platform offers several responsible gaming tools — such as deposit limits, time-out features, and self-exclusion options. Using these tools, you can ensure that betting remains purely for entertainment.
If you ever feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your daily life, family, or finances — contact our support team right away. 899bd's 24/7 live chat support is always here for you.
Our protective tools
899bd provides several effective tools for every player. Use whichever suits your needs.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately — it cannot be increased before the designated period ends.
Time-Out
If you want to take a break for a few days, use the time-out feature. Your account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.
Self-Exclusion
If you want to stop playing for an extended period, choose self-exclusion. Once activated, it will not be possible to reopen the account before the specified time has passed.
Betting History
View all your transactions and betting history at any time. This is very useful for understanding your own patterns and staying alert.
24/7 Support
899bd's support team is always ready to help with any issue. Get assistance in Bengali via live chat or email ([email protected]).
Minor Protection
Age verification is mandatory when registering at 899bd. No account is approved for anyone under 21 years of age.
Warning signs of problem gambling
When gambling goes beyond the boundaries of entertainment, certain signs may appear. If you notice any of the following in yourself, be cautious and seek help.
Be careful if you notice these signs
- Repeatedly returning to betting to try to recover losses
- Spending money needed for essentials (rent, food, bills) on betting
- Hiding your betting from family or friends
- Feeling unable or uncomfortable stopping gambling
- Work, studies, or relationships suffering because of betting
- Continuing to play after a loss with a "I'll win this time" mindset
If any one of these signs applies to you, do not delay — contact us right away. 899bd's support team will guide you in the right direction with complete confidentiality.
