Scope of Agreement

Minimum Age Requirement

899bd enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Use of the platform is completely prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. Providing a false age during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and the account will be closed immediately.

Deposit Methods and Limits

899bd supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh:

• Upay — UCB mobile banking.

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. Funds may only be deposited from an account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

Currency and Conversion

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; if wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when using a bonus — please refer to the terms of the specific offer.
• If 899bd suspects that the terms of any bonus are being abused, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games; unless otherwise stated in a specific offer, all games are eligible.

Cashback and Other Promotions

VIP members receive weekly cashback and other special benefits. Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions, and 899bd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer.

Game Providers and Fair Play

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Technical Errors

VIP Tier Changes

899bd reserves the right to change the structure, benefits, or tier conditions of the VIP program at any time. A member's VIP tier may be downgraded in the event of prolonged inactivity or a breach of terms.

Strictly Prohibited

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity documents.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegally obtained funds.
• Using artificial or dishonest methods to fulfil bonus conditions (bonus abuse).
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems or software.

Disclaimer of Liability

899bd bears no liability in the following circumstances:

• Delays or failures caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Unexpected technical outages or server downtime.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or failure to keep their password secure.
• Game outcomes — games are fair, but there is no guarantee of winning or losing.

Damage Claims

In any circumstance, 899bd's maximum financial liability will be limited to the amount the user deposited on the platform within 30 days prior to the relevant incident.

By the User

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining available balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any bonus balance will be forfeited.

899bd may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or financial crime.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Evidence of the same person operating multiple accounts.

After an account is closed, 899bd will complete an investigation and decide on the return of any valid balance.
